On the grand finale day —the 12th day—, two things will occur:
After the celebration of a special Holy Mass for the intention of these 12 Days, the beneficiary list and committed offering written in your online form will be taken by a priest to a special altar of our Lady along with a candle and a floral token as an act of concluding oblation.
(After submitting your form with your place of residence you'll receive a location-based invitation to join in person to the concluding Mass and oblation which will be nearest to you, should you be able.)
At night, just before going to sleep, you will conclude your day and your 12 Days offering by profoundly thanking Jesus and our Lady for all graces dispensed by God upon all beneficiaries: known and unknown to you!
You will say then the following concluding oblation (found in «the order of days» guide):
«O Jesus, this was for love of Thee, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for offences committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary. Thank you very much for taking my little, imperfect offering of love and transforming it —through the hands of Mary— into a pleasing and worthy bouquet of fragrant, mystical flowers of grace! A.M.D.G. Amen.»
Then, with these two holy events accomplished on the grand finale day, you will rest in peace… for her Immaculate Heart will triumph and save souls!
